**For HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service work or new equipment installation in your home, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on equipment and parts, we will guarantee the quality of our work for the first (1) year following the work, up to twelve (12) years, depending on service type and labor warranty. If the initial repair or install fails within the labor warranty period, we will either make it right or remove the equipment and refund 100% of your money.
