I will never call a plumbing company other than John Moore. I had another plumbing company come out, and the first thing the technician did was sit down at the kitchen table and try to sell me a contract for hundreds of dollars up front. When I refused the offer, he looked at my plumbing problem and estimated it at at rather large sum. I refused to pay, but I was still presented with a rather large service fee.

The plumber from John Moore fixed the problem in under 3 minutes, left me an estimate if things still did not work out to my satisfaction, and left. NO SERVICE FEE, NO CHARGE OF ANY KIND. I am impressed by a company with such good ethics.
