It is with great pleasure that I am writing John Moore this afternoon. I have been without AC for two days, uncomfortable and concerned with the summer months approaching. Per my phone call to John Moore on Monday May 23rd, a representative was on-site within a few hours and provided a professional and accurate assessment of the AC situation.
Justin pro-actively scheduled installation for the following morning. Upon the arrival of the two installation representatives, Marcus Hardy and Johnnie Graham, I was greeted with the utmost respect and professional courteousness. Both Marcus and Johnnie were extremely knowledgeable with the installation at hand which provided efficiency and accuracy to alleviate the discomfort.
The actions performed with this particular installation were extremely thorough as to leave no stone unturned that could potentially cause future issues. Johnnie and Marcus were equally thorough with their communication of the issue at hand and extremely respectful of the household environment, diligent to work clean and neat.
These two individuals took pride in their hard work while equally providing me with an outstanding customer experience. Although John Moore’s corporate culture may breed such work ethic, Marcus and Johnnie also showed their personal character as hardworking individuals, fathers and professionals.
I would recommend John Moore, especially Marcus and Johnnie to any future customer I may encounter.
