I would like to thank you all for your professional service provided to me during our phone conversation yesterday, 5 AUG 2010. On July 10th 2010 I had already left to head back here to IRAQ and your technician, Joe, came to our house and removed and installed the new hot water heater. Joe went above and beyond duty and I am not one to just have anyone in my house with my family and me not being there I was concerned. Joe explained everything to my wife in meticulous detail and cleaned up all the mess associated with the RR of unit. When my wife experienced problems after Joe had left and we called him on his cell phone he was so pleasant and was at another job and finished there and came back to fix things. Once he arrived he again went the extra mile to put my wifes mind at ease and the hot water was flowing and we were good to go.
 
I do not know about your other associates but this gentlemen sets the standard as far as I am concerned. Your repeat customer is your best customer and the level of service demonstrated by Joe has sealed my family as customers for LIFE! Kudos to him and what ever reward your company gives to its associates he is more than deserving of that reward and MORE! I will be sending something from here in Iraq to him myself because the piece of mind knowing my family is not having any issues such as the hot water heater means so much to me you have no idea. I need to stay focused in a war zone and John Moore is on top of things and allows me to relax and do my job out here so I come home safely. HOOOORAAAAY !!!!
