"Thank you forour new bathroom. It looks even better than I had imagined. You both did a great job all the way through. There are always glitches in a remodeling project but you always made sure every thing was taken care of and that we knew what was going on every step of the way.

I said all along I'd rather have it done right than done in a hurry and you did what it took to make that happen and still did it all in a timely fashion.I was also impressed with the people you brought in -from the polite young men in khakis and collared shirts who did the heavy hauling on the first day to the tile setters who always took the time to say good morning with a smile and were careful to remember the things I wanted to check along the way.

The little things do make a difference. Alan did a lot of hot, dirty work back in that bathroom, but somehow healways had a fresh smile and clean shirt when it was needed. We will call you again when were ready for our next remodeling project."
