I will never call a plumbing company other than John Moore. I had another plumbing company come out, and the first thing the technician did was sit down at the kitchen table and try to sell me a contract for hundreds of dollars up front. When I refused the offer, he looked at my plumbing problem and estimated it at at rather large sum. I refused to pay, but I was still presented with a rather large service fee.
The plumber from John Moore fixed the problem in under 3 minutes, left me an estimate if things still did not work out to my satisfaction, and left. NO SERVICE FEE, NO CHARGE OF ANY KIND. I am impressed by a company with such good ethics.
I had my AC repaired today. Jimmy Weir was the tech who came to my house. He was fast and efficient, yet took the time to show me what was wrong and explained it to me. I just wanted to say how thoroughly pleased I am with the service that Jimmy provided. Thank you.
I would like to comment on the great service provided by Mr. David Beard.
When I received the confirmation of his arrival I was pleasantly surprised when he came shortly afterwards. He immediately went to work to resolve my problem. Just a few questions he knew exactly what to do and completed the task timely and professionally. He was very courteous, polite, and patient when answering any of my questions. Mr. Beard should be commeded on a JOB WELL DONE! I will continue to call on John Moore just because I met Mr. Beard today.

First of all Brad came to our home and is a true professional explaining and answering all our questions. It is very refreshing to get friendly, & knowledgeable people who are about to work on a major project on your home. Next, I must say that the Technician (Mike) who did the installation was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, patient and went beyond the call of duty to make sure my system was going to be installed properly and I noticed that he paid attention to detail.
Where else in this day and time are you going to get this kind of service? I do not know the name of the other young technician but he was very helpful as well.
Please see to it that these folks get special recognition. Even the Lady who I originally spoke with on the phone for setting-up the appointment was very helpful & courteous as well. When a customer is spending a substantial amount to have a plumbing revision to their home it is nice to know that there still is such a thing as quality service and courtesy.

Our A/C went out around 6 PM on a Friday night, and by 8:45 it was up and running again. Our repairman Carlos, was very prompt, polite and knowledgeable.
He not only fixed the problem, he also gave us product education about how to extend the life of our unit.

Your services are fantastic. I had a late night plumbing emergency. After calling 3 plumbers who couldnt be out till late the next day I decided to call John Moore.
You guys were able to schedule me a plumber the very next day for the early time frame. My plumber Mark was prompt at 8am. He was great. Was honest about the issue with me. While waiting on Mark at 7 am I called to get the A/C tech out because my issue was A/C water damage. Even on such short notice John Moore was able to get the A/C tech out within the hour. WOW.
But as Mark the plumber worked on my issue he discovered I didnt need the A/C tech. Mark was able to resolve my issue without me spending more money on an A/C tech. You guys are great. The price was competive and I will be calling John Moore for any future issues I have with my home. Thank you!

I just wanted to let you know how impressed and happy I am choosing John Moore plumbing. We recently woke to find our water line had ruptured near the main waterline in front of our house. After learning that the problem was on our side. We called John Moore for help. You guys promptly scheduled a visit, discussed lobor involved, costs, and then had it fixed in hour. I was very pleased with the service that I received on Thursday, May 26, 2011. My A/C went out and it was like a heat wave in my home.
I called John Moore and a technican came out to my house within the hour. The technician was Orlando Rodriguez. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He connected me with the Financing Department as well where I was once again very pleased with the service I received from Betty.
Lastly, the installation gentlemen came out to install a new Condensor 3.5 ton unit. The technicians were Marcus Hardy & Johnnie Graham. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They were very hard-working, and made sure that the product was working effectively before they left.
I was very pleased with the service I received for the entire day from all parties involved. My A/C is working very well, and I am so glad that John Moore was able to turn my no air nightmare into a cool summmer time breeze.

I had extensive work done over Memorial Day weekend on my AC and also added insulation to attic. I wanted to tell you that D. Cleveland did an outstanding job... She was very professional and hard working. In addition, Rumaldo Gonzalez assisted and he was also outstanding.
I did not get the names of the insulation team, but they were great too.
