If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our work, feel disrespected or taken advantage of, contact us immediately. We will make sure it never happens again. If our work in air conditioning & heating, plumbing, pest control or electrical service was not done correctly or you are not satisfied with any repair, we will rework the job for free. If you're still dissatisfied, 100% labor will be refunded.

We will always notify you of the approximate time a technician will arrive at your home, and will never start a job without a full explanation of the work to be done and your approval of the price. We want to make sure you're happy. All of our work is backed by the integrity of the John Moore name.
